KFS WebSDR #2 maintenance Log

WebSDR #2 covers a subset of bands/frequencies not included on the main KFS WebSDR.  At present (Dec '22) it consists of the spare parts (server/computer, extra RSP1a, old FiFiSDRs) that are on-hand as either backup hardware or pieces from the previous incarnation of KFS.

15 December 2022 - Brought online - configured for minimal bandwidth (e.g. high audio compression, only 20 users max).  Testing in progress
22 December 2022 - Made public on websdr.org, but no announcement made on the main server:  This will wait until the Internet issues are resolved.
28 December 2022 - Added "?chan=x" URL parameter where "x" could be "left" or "right" to set audio channel.
